Oh hey! Mornin’.
Hope you don’t mind…I slept in a bit.
My sleep schedule has been ALL OVER THE PLACE lately, and I *really* needed it.
Luxuriously, I went to bed right after dinner around 8:30 and slept until…right around 8am?
Omg. Delicious.
Ya know, sometimes I put a lot of pressure on making sure I am saying something that has lots of tools, tips, whatever. I’m all like “I need to stay ON TOPIC! I need to make this have OODLES OF CONTENTS!”
But…all this sleep is making me feel so gosh-darned great today.
And sometimes I think we all just need some friendly encouragement…to sleep?
Or eat at an actual meal with a loved one.
Take a long walk.
Not push and pull ourselves quite so much.
When I close my eyes and think about what I wish for you…it’s strength, agency, badass-ery…but also peace. Also a feeling of well-being.
Which are things we get by slowing down and caring for ourselves.
This is your sign to just…relax & enjoy. Whatever that means to you.
I’ll post my Darlings progress over on IG in a bit — as you can tell, I’m moving slowly today :)
